  Responsibilities 
 : Effectively support director with sales efforts and any transversal tasks
 Be the representative of the business line in the absence of the director
 Ensure that the Client Relationship Management tool is properly fed (including input of data when necessary) and updated
 Produce, Maintain and Monitor communication budget
 Support the organization of marketing events and conferences
 Responsible for producing annual sales budgets and deliver all sales reporting required by local management or head office
 Produce research and data intelligence on market
 On occasion help to finalize request for proposal answers
 Be the liaison with marketing, compliance and finance
 Maintain folder with appropriate marketing material
 Take care of ad hoc requests
