Senior Safety Manager


What we are looking for:

The Senior Safety Manager is responsible for the strategic implementation and oversight of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system for the DC-Maryland-Virginia Area Transportation division. This role focuses on high-level risk mitigation, leadership of the field safety team, and ensuring that all project operations align with both corporate standards and client-specific requirements.

What you'll do:

Leadership & Team Management

+ Direct Supervision: Provide daily leadership, mentorship, and professional development for Safety Managers and Safety Engineers.

+ Resource Allocation: Manage the deployment of safety personnel across various project sites to ensure adequate coverage based on risk profiles and workload.
