• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to review end‑to‑end processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Manage RTR activities including reconciliations, journals, master data, and month‑end closing in line with policies and timelines.
• Resolve aged items, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures.
• Act as subject matter expert for SAP and RTR processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
