Role Overview

The Senior ROC Performance Engineer is accountable for regional operational performance, energy efficiency, and APCS effectiveness across Air Separation Units (ASUs) of the RSE region operated by the ROC. This role provides technical, strategic, and people leadership to ensure plants operate safely, reliably, and efficiently through advanced process control systems, automation, and data‑driven optimization.
