            Job Description  Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. 
Supervise and coach supervisors and service staff. 
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent service quality. 
Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training. 
Monitor labour productivity and manpower deployment. 
Handle customer complaints and implement service recovery. 
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations. 
Assist with inventory management and cost control. 
Support restaurant sales initiatives and operational improvements. 
Assume the Restaurant Manager's duties in their absence.
