Job Summary

Job title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Location:Ferngate Children’s Home – Portishead, Bristol

Salary: £31,675- £35,425 (depending on experience and qualifications)* 

Earnings: £35,300- £39,050 (based on 7 sleep ins per month) 

Hours: 40.5 per week 

Annual Leave Entitlement: 251.1 hours

Shift Pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off - 08.00am - 23.00pm. Sleep in 23.00pm - 07.00am, with wake up/handover from 07.00am - 08.30am.

Essential Criteria: 12 months residential childcare experience

Desirable Criteria: Driving Licence
