The Division of Community Geriatrics in Department of Geriatric Medicine cares for patients in the community and home care settings, as part of post-acute care follow up or hospital-at-home care.

As a Resident Physician / Senior Resident Physician in Community Geriatrics, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing medical care for patients in their homes.
