# Senior Reservations Consultant This role forms part of the Travel Support department within the Village n Life hospitality group, based at Pezula Nature Retreat in Knysna.**The Role**As Senior Reservations Consultant, you’ll manage reservations, quotations, guest communication and upselling to contribute to revenue generation across Village n Life properties while supporting the Travel Support Manager with escalations, team support and training of team members.
