About the Role: The Senior Research Associate (Level B) is expected to carry out independent and/or team research related to equity, diversity, and/or inclusion in STEM and to develop expertise within their particular field. The role involves conducting research scoped as part of the Future You program, with primary activities including systematic review and/or meta‑analysis, and may also include empirical research evaluating the impact of the program on key audiences. This work is guided by, and will inform refinement of, a Theory of Change that underpins program design and evaluation.
