Preparing a detailed credit assessment report and elaborately discuss the company profile and credit risk considerations. Assess viability of expansion projects and/or M&A activities using valuation techniques (DCF analysis) to recommend credit alternatives. Prepare / update financial models or financial spreads (including projections) using company filings. Prepare a detailed peer analysis on operating and financial parameters.
Should be able to defend his/her views on the counterparty / covered entity when challenged by senior stakeholders.
Support senior analysts / project managers on ad hoc requests.
