Skills & Experience 
Experience in solar PV and BESS design, including system configuration, sizing, and integration. 
Knowledge of grid integration and power system studies, including connection requirements and network performance. 
Experience in energy modelling and system optimisation to improve performance and efficiency. 
Strong project engineering and technical leadership experience across renewable energy developments. 
Understanding of operations and maintenance (O&M) strategies and asset performance management. 
Exposure to utility-scale and embedded generation projects, including C&I and IPP environments. 
Proficiency in PVSyst for solar PV system simulation and yield assessment. 
Experience using PVSol or Helioscope for PV design and performance modelling. 
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings and design documentation.
