£50,000 - £60,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)

This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.
The Role
- Serve as the on‑site engineer handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
- Service, maintain and fault‑find on commercial refrigeration & AC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support and mentor junior engineers.
- Assist with commissioning and system optimisation.
- Work independently across customer sites.
- Participate in a 1‑in‑7 call‑out rota.
- Use Simpro system for job management and reporting.
