Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate requirements, and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess active and passive candidates through multiple channels while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Facilitate the offer process, including candidate negotiations, hiring recommendations, and alignment with key stakeholders on selection decisions.
- Analyze recruitment performance, prepare hiring reports, and contribute to process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness.
