In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to design and deliver effective, fit-for-purpose selection processes based on job analysis. This may include work tests, assessment activities and structured interviews, along with providing clear, objective advice to support high-quality recruitment decisions.

Reporting to the Team Leader Recruitment, you will:
