What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive technology roles aligned with Huawei's product lines — including Wireless (5G/RAN), Optical Networks, Data Communication, Cloud, Enterprise IT, Digital Power, and ICT Infrastructure
• Headhunt and engage passive senior-level candidates through targeted outreach, market mapping, and networking
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Huawei's core technology domains
