            Responsibilities Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to attract top talent 
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications 
Source candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms 
Screen resumes and conduct various types of interviews to assess skills and aptitude 
Manage the selection process, including video interviewing and reference checks 
Onboard new employees to ensure successful integration into the company 
Provide analytical recruiting reports and monitor HR best practices 
Act as a primary point of contact to build influential candidate relationships 
Requirements Bachelor's Degree 
At least 1 year of proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
