THE OPPORTUNITY

Silvus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior R&D Systems Engineer to join our Research & Development team. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Director of R&D Electronic Warfare and lead the definition and development of next-generation Networked Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.

The successful individual in this role will bridge the gap between complex RF hardware, advanced signal processing software, and distributed networking architectures.
