The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for ensuring robust cost control, managing variations and claims, and supporting effective financial reporting for multiple projects and sites.

* Administer contracts in accordance with company procedures.
* Support the preparation of tender documents and budgets.
* Support the preparation and negotiation of variations, compensation events, and change orders.
