Job Responsibilities:
. Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment . Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works . Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates . Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications . Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison . Liaise and build strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers . Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors . Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
