Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end quantity surveying functions for road and MRT infrastructure projects.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents in line with project requirements.
Evaluate contractor submissions, variations, and claims with accuracy and compliance.
Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Administer contracts, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities on cost-related matters.
Monitor project expenditures and prepare periodic cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Assess and certify progress claims, final accounts, and variations.
Identify and manage project risks related to cost, procurement, and contract issues.
Mentor junior QS staff and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
