            Roles and responsibilities Maintaining logs for variations, Instructions, RFI’s, PA, PC, etc. 
Take off quantities and preparation of scope wise packages 
Review and comment the draft contracts received from clients 
Sub contractor’s agreement to be reviewed and modified as per the scope and in conjunction to our main contract 
Sub con billing: Cross checking at site, evaluation, certification 
Preparation of interim payment applications 
Attending meetings with main contractor, client, etc. 
Comparison of IFT & IFC drawings, report and raise variation claim for the changes if any. 
Preparation of EOT claims 
Preparation of CTC and statement of final account 
Timely alert to operation team about critical issues like, de-scope, long lead items, cashflow related issues 
Must have skills 5+ years of relevant exp. in UAE as a QS in a Interior Fit out company
