Assist Project Control Manager, and Cost Manager with quantity surveying matters relevant to Sub-Contract, Works Order, and Purchase Order
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers & other parties involved in the project
Liaise with the construction/design team to prepare the document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price comparison and costing summary
Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
