About the Role

We are working with our client, a specialist contractor within the façades and building envelope sector, who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the commercial performance of cladding projects ranging up to £10m. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, ensuring robust cost control, accurate reporting, and effective management of subcontractor accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within cladding, façades, or building envelope packages, and a solid understanding of main contractor environments and commercial processes.
