Job Responsibility - Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure costs remain within budget
- Conduct cost analysis and provide cost control advice
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage payments to suppliers, subcontractors, and employees
- Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management
