            Assist to prepare detailed cost estimates for the tender. 
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. 
Quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents using Plan Swift /AUTOCAD . 
Preparation of (RFQ) packages for sub-contractors and sending inquiry and follow up to get quotations. 
Reading tender addendums / revised drawings and revising quantities accordingly. 
Quantity take-off for rebar/reinforcement in details as per structural drawings. 
Understating of scope of works and take quantities. 
Highlighting discrepancies between drawings & BOQ and specification to Sr. QS to prepare Request for Information (RFI) 
Preparation of comparison statements. 
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. 
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
