Job Description:
Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
Contract and tender document administration
Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in building and construction industries - ACMV
Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
