A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking an intelligent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on diverse array of projects across various sectors including education and residential sectors, with a focus on healthcare.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to carry out tasks such as leading the team on projects, mentoring the less experienced members of the team and help manage client expectations.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree or other RICS accredited degree
Working towards chartership, or MRICS
Experience of acting as a Senior QS experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practce
Good pre and post con knowledge
Experience on healthcare projects
