Reporting to: Head of Quality SG, Taste & Wellbeing
Main Responsibilities - Perform sensory evaluation, chemical, physical testing of flavoring products or ingredients to ensure that products are conforms to requirements standard and specification.
- Responsible for approval/rejection decisions on finished products and raw materials and review of test methods, specifications and procedures/work instructions
- Support microbiological testing of flavoring products, raw material, environmental and water.
