Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineering and Program Manager to join our dynamic team in New Orleans, LA for the Space Launch System program.

Position Responsibilities:

Serves as a member of both the SLS program leadership team and Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems Total Quality leadership team

Responsible for all aspects of Quality on the SLS program from design through launch

Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and quality assurance on the SLS program through all phases of the product lifecycle

Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of SLS program/business plans

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
