**What you’ll do:**

+ End to End quality management for 3 Phase UPS product line, from new product development to mass production quality control to after service support and customer issue handling. Drive internal quality improvement and external customer experience.
+ Lead APQP activities in new product development, work with cross functional team to achieve zero defect launch.
+ Day to day quality control and management to improve manufacturing yield and reduce cost of non-conformance.
