Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Improvement in SPX Express Singapore
Act as the advisor for the core operations team, identifying areas of process improvements, standardization, and compliance across the operation team
Initiate and lead projects to achieve sustainable improvement of operational metrics
Partner with the Business Intelligence team to design, improve and track business KPIs, ensuring that KPIs drive towards achieving the right culture and mindset in SPX Express Singapore
Interface with Product Management team for system enhancement requests, new features roll‑out and implementation
Play a part in cross‑functional projects as necessary
