Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all QA and QC functions to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Coordinate and ensure timely response and closure of Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to resolve quality issues
- Review, update, and improve QA/QC processes, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that beyond basic compliance requirements
- Lead efforts to improve quality across the supply chain through supplier quality audits, qualification, and re-certification
