About the role



WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR EXPANSION PLANS IN 2026 and are seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing Officer to join the procurement team at Copylandia Office Systems Corporation, a leading provider of office equipment and supplies. This full-time position is based in our Mandaluyong City office and will be responsible for managing all import and local purchasing activities.



What you'll be doing



-Oversee the entire import process and local purchases, including identifying suppliers, negotiating terms, and coordinating logistics

-Manage local procurement of office supplies, equipment and other materials to support daily operations

-Analyse market trends, supplier performance and pricing to optimise purchasing decisions
