Your duties and responsibilities include the following: Procurement & Sourcing 1. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and procure materials, products, and services based on project requirements and operational needs. 2. Obtain quotations and prepare costing information for tendering and project price calculations. 3. Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials. 4. Conduct cost comparison and cost-saving analysis to achieve budget control and procurement efficiency. 5. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, freight forwarders, and shipping agents. 6. Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
