About the Role

Our client is seeking a confident and capable Senior Property Manager to join their established and high-performing team based on the northern Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to step into a role where they are backed by the right people and systems to succeed. Working closely alongside an experienced Head of Department, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of just over 240 properties while playing an integral role in the continued growth and success of the department. Unlike many Property Management roles, you will be supported by an experienced Property Manager, dedicated Receptionist, Virtual Assistant, and in-house Trust Accounting support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and handling the more complex aspects of portfolio management.
