Responsibilities

Premier-Staffings client, a successful regional real estate company with a strong entrepreneurial minded leadership, has an immediate opening for a Senior Property Accountant just outside of Boston, MA. Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

CAM pool reconciliations

Security deposit tracking

Forecasting and budgeting modules

Inputting and interpreting HUD/closing statements

Requirements

3+ years of experience in real estate private equity or property/fund accounting

Ability to work underneath a Controller, directly supporting operational workflows

Strong attention to detail with hands-on execution rather than oversight-only roles

Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic, scaling environment
