            Roles & Responsibilities  Project Planning & Coordination  Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics projects from enquiry to final reporting 
Interpret client requirements and translate them into quotations and operational plans 
Develop timelines, shipment plans, and resource allocation strategies 
Coordinate air, ocean, and road freight movements for event cargo 
  
Client & Stakeholder Management  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, organizers, venues, and overseas partners 
Provide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and proactive issue resolution 
Attend client briefings, site visits, and project management and operational meetings 
  
Operational Execution  Ensure timely booking of transport, customs clearance, and delivery to site
