Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategies and complex Terms and conditions negotiations (legal terms) for major capital and operational projects
Calgary-based office. Candidates will be in-office 3 days/week, and 2 days WFH
Must Haves:
15+ years in project procurement across capital project environments with commercial acumen and contract leadershipStrong proficiency with EPC, equipment supply, and services contracts (Complex T&C negotiations) Capability to manage RFx development, bid evaluation, and contract execution (legal terms) Experience structuring lump sum, time and materials, and hybrid contract modelsDegree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplineStrong Nice-to-Have's:
