The Senior Project Manager is a core delivery leader within the nCino KYC Africa Customer Onboarding team. In this role, you are the primary project owner for a portfolio of concurrent customer onboarding programmes, working in close partnership with Implementation Consultants (ICs) to ensure each client is onboarded onto the nCino KYC platform efficiently, compliantly, and to a measurable quality standard.
Our onboarding cycles are fast paced; you need to be organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple concurrent customers without dropping the ball.
