This role sits within Corporate Actions in Asset Services and focuses on high-volume client and trader notifications and the migration from a legacy platform to Astrid. The role involves owning delivery plans across multiple phases and coordinating closely with internal teams including subject matter experts, business analysts, and testing teams, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure accurate and timely notice processing. This individual will act as the central point across stakeholders and must be comfortable navigating differing views between internal teams and vendors to ensure the right outcomes are delivered for the bank. The role also includes providing oversight of testing, including offshore teams, maintaining daily visibility on progress and issues, and ensuring requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered through to completion. There is also responsibility for supporting reporting and governance for senior stakeholders.
