Our client is a well-established construction company with operations across Hong Kong, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their building construction projects (residential, schools, office buildings, and similar developments).
This is a senior leadership role with overall accountability for project delivery, business development, and team leadership in the competitive Hong Kong market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major Hong Kong property developers, the Buildings Department, Development Bureau, consultant firms (architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers), and public utilities.
Oversee the management, renewal, and upgrading of the company's licenses and registrations required for construction operations in Hong Kong.
