This role is based full‑time in Madinat Zayed, with regular coordination across Abu Dhabi and other project sites as required.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of design and construction projects from concept through handover. The role requires a strong technical background in design, the ability to review and challenge design proposals, and deep understanding of the full design lifecycle—from feasibility and concept development to IFC drawings, construction, and close‑out.

The SPM will act as the primary interface between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and senior leadership, ensuring that all design and construction activities align with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
