We are seeking a Senior Project Executive to support the delivery of government-related projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, governance, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams (planning, scope, budget, quality)
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers aligned to PMO standards
- Oversee system implementation including workshops, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment and transition
Stakeholder Management
- Act as main point of contact for stakeholders and project teams
- Facilitate project meetings (steering committee, PMT, working groups)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, change requests, and status updates
- Coordinate across vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
