About the Role

To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • 协助管理层,与关键参展商建立并维护良好的关系

  • Assist the management in establishing and maintaining good relationships with key exhibitors.

  • 提供有效的售后服务和现场服务,以确保高水平的参展商满意度

  • To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high level customer satisfaction.

  • 与参展商建立良好的关系,并确保参展商保留率达到我们的预期水平

  • To build rapport with the exhibitors and ensure exhibitors retention rate meet our expected level.
