Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Review design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and identify potential construction issues. Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth project execution and eliminate interface conflicts. Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays. Review subcontractor work programs, manpower deployment, and resource planning to ensure timely project delivery. Manage and supervise MEP subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and company standards.
