The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategy team designs the supply chains to bring GSK’s medicines and vaccines to patients. The Strategy team is responsible for product and network strategy (including the delivery of strategic programmes). The Strategy Team has a clear ambition to be the Best in Industry Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sponsor and business lead to understand and define the scope and deliverables of each project or programme.
• Engage with functional teams to secure resources and mobilise the cross‑functional project team.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities within project teams and ensure day to day decision making and project compliance with GSK's wider program and/or portfolio management decision‑making structures and processes.
