The Program Director is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for orchestrating the delivery of large-scale, complex, and transformative IT/Technology programs that span multiple business units and client organizations. A critical component of this role is managing and influencing stakeholders at the highest levels within the client organization (C‑suite), ensuring alignment and navigating complex organizational dynamics. As a strategic partner, this role champions comprehensive planning, best-in-class execution, and robust governance to deliver significant business outcomes for the client. The director must own the overall program success, from presales and strategic planning to flawless execution and benefits realization.
