Your Day to Day

• Manage Operational Cycles & the People Program: Own the end‑to‑end management of Ops Townhalls and Team Offsites. Dynamize the Ops People Program, acting as the central coordination point for various workstreams to ensure consistent execution.
• Build Business Continuity & Resilience: Lead the Business Continuity Program (BCP). Manage day‑to‑day readiness while embedding continuous improvement to keep resilience frameworks effective and integrated.
• Perform Analysis & Support Executive Visibility: Conduct hands‑on data synthesis and analysis to provide the CoS Office with a clear view of organisational health. Translate complex internal data into concise executive summaries that support the CoS and SVP of Operations.
