            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products 
Position Title: Senior Production Supervisor / Production Supervisor 
Working Location: Tuas 
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:00am – 8.00pm) 
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus 
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Run the factory when the Factory Manager is away. 
Lead and support Production Supervisors and Line Leaders; drive performance and accountability. 
Plan and manage 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and public holidays. 
Ensure effective training and coaching for new Operators and Line Leaders. 
Meet daily production volume and efficiency targets. 
Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, and safety. 
Make sure teams follow all work instructions, equipment rules, and quality standards.
