Mitsubishi Chemical Group’s SoarnoL™ EVOH business in La Porte, TX is seeking a **Production Engineer** to help optimize world-class polymer production operations. In this role, you’ll combine chemical engineering expertise with practical plant experience to enhance safety, reliability, and productivity across integrated manufacturing units.

**What You’ll Do**

As a key technical partner to Operations, you’ll oversee and continuously improve EVOH polymer and distillation processes:

+ **Optimize plant performance:** Monitor and control polymer manufacturing and distillation units to ensure safe, stable, and cost-effective operation.
+ **Lead startups & shutdowns:** Plan and support plant startups, maintenance turnarounds, and product grade transitions.
